Drew Rhed, 51 – non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma

It was a godsend that I found the Northwest Cancer Center. I work in the Dyer area weekly, and the staff worked with my schedule.

In 2014 Drew Rhed, 51 of Chesterton he was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Dr. Shah was the attending oncologist when Drew was in the hospital. Drew sought multiple opinions. After meeting each team of doctors, Drew thought he’d go downtown for treatment but quickly changed his mind.


“There was no need to go downtown, as Dr. Shah was highly respected by those physicians and could stay in touch with them. Why travel to the city when you have

one of the best doctors right here? ” Drew asked.  “ I work in the Dyer area weekly, and the staff at Northwest Cancer Center worked with my schedule.”
